About This Year’s Tour

Southern Magnolia Charities is excited to bring you the Eighth Milton Tour of Homes this fall!

With countless unique homes in the Milton area, this tour offers you the opportunity to visit some of these exceptional private properties. From viewing amazing interior designs to relaxing outdoor living areas, this year’s tour has a little something for everyone!

This is a self-guided tour of these amazing homes which could cover a variety of terrain, so be sure to bring some friends and wear some comfortable shoes for this fun-filled day!

This year we will continue to offer you the opportunity to customize the amount of time that you wish to spend in each home by keeping the tour a self-driving tour! Ticket holders will receive their route when they pick up their tickets prior to departing on the tour.

Just like last year, tickets will be sold “by the carload”. Please see the TICKET INFORMATION page after September 1, 2026 for additional information on ticket, including packages, pricing, etc.

Since your tour will be customized by you, the length of time your tour takes will vary, but we recommend allotting 2-3 hours to enjoy seeing these beautiful properties.
