Sissy Williams is honored to be on The Board of Southern Magnolias, bringing with her a deep passion for service and community engagement. A full-time, top-producing REALTOR® since 2013, Sissy ranks in the top 5% of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® and is recognized for her expertise, dedication, and client-focused approach.

An Atlanta native, Sissy has called Alpharetta/Milton home since 2001, where she and her husband, Matt, raised their two now-grown daughters. As a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Luxury Real Estate Specialist, she is committed to helping buyers and sellers at all price points navigate every phase of homeownership. She prides herself on going above and beyond for her clients, ensuring smooth transactions while always prioritizing their best interests. Her dedication to excellence has earned her a loyal client base and a strong reputation.

A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, Sissy is actively involved in her community and is passionate about giving back. In her free time, she enjoys UGA Football Games, spending time with family, (especially her grandbaby), and cultivating her flower garden.
