Comedy on the Green at Crabapple Market

Join us on on The Green at Crabapple Market as we enjoy nationally celebrated comedian, John Heffron, as well as two of the area’s funniest, selected from our two lead-up events, “Milton’s Funniest”! John was the winner of “Last Comic Standing” and has been seen on “The Tonight Show”, “The Late Late Show” and “Comedy Central”.
While we’re raising money to support three awesome local charities, our comedians/comediennes will have us laughing, local restaurants will keep bellies full, and of course there will be cocktails! Proceeds from the event will benefit:
This is a "BYOC" (bring your own chair) event. Low profile chairs only please.
Gates open for VIP ticket holders at 6:30 pm and general admission at 7:00 pm on the day of the event. No chair set up prior to these times. No personal tables or coolers. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Comedy on The Green is a rain or shine event. In the event of dangerous weather, the show will be rescheduled for the same times on Sunday, September 19, 2021.
Every person in attendance must have a ticket, regardless of age. Event may not hold the attention of young ears. :)

Blessings in a Backpack mobilizes communities, individuals and resources to provide food on the weekends to elementary school children who might otherwise go hungry. More than 13 million kids in America are at risk of going hungry on the weekends. That is one in six children who struggle to access food for the 65 hours they are not at school. Blessings in a Backpack‘s North Fulton program specifically covers children in our community.
StandUp for Kids’ mission is to end the cycle of youth homelessness one youth at a time. They strive to build communities where all youth know care, feel loved and have a support system to help them move quickly from surviving to thriving. Their North Fulton chapter provides the youth in our area the sense of safety, hope, and belonging through housing support, mentoring, drop-in centers, and street outreach.
Summit Counseling Center provides professional counseling, consultation and education services utilizing an integrated approach to care for the whole person – Body, Mind, Spirit, and Relationships. They are responsive to our community’s needs and helps to strengthen our community by partnering with local schools, businesses, churches and individuals to provide counseling, education and consulting services tailored specifically to meet both the immediate and long-term goals of people in need, as well as to aid in prevention and wellness. Summit also offers client assistance funds to supplement the fees of people unable to afford private fees.
TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, located near Sandy Springs, is a non-profit organization created to address a gap in breast cancer rehabilitation services, for both the physical and emotional aspects of recovery. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals impacted by breast cancer by providing and advocating for specialized, evidence-based rehabilitation while minimizing socioeconomic, racial, cultural and geographic barriers to care. This means that TurningPoint can provide services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. They are deeply passionate about helping all breast cancer survivors thrive and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
